I was looking at trying, however messaged Koala and said I need to sit on it before I commit to ordering one (even though they have the free return option).
They have partnered with Myer (Sydney CBD store) where you can try the mattress - I hope they put a sofa there as well.

I considered getting a Koala sofa but it looked too basic.
Ended up getting a Companion Couch, similar business to Koala. Looks great, is heaps comfy and got delivered in boxes.
Have same 120 day trial…How did you find the Companion couch? Still have it?

I needed two (6 seats in my house)
Ended up with a much better couch from freedom for around the same money.
I have a koala mattress and love it but the couch is not worth it.
For the money they charge you can get an as good or better couch from multiple places (u will have to wait though as is usually the case with furniture shops)
