    indicates payment failed, however, the payment has been taken, order number is given. Please check your bank/Paypal Acc and also could track your order number for progress

    Spoke to the live chat and it's an obvious payment gateway issue and they said the following:

    • My order wouldn't go through as my size 8 is out of stock and he confirmed the system says it's out of stock
    • Then tried to order the other sizes still doesn't work
    • Support member then advised, "Sorry, I've been advised to tell you to try again tomorrow if you'd like however all our systems are showing the 8 as out of stock."

    Feedback on my first experience? unsatisfactory, but the support person tried or lied to me.

    Maybe a pricing error?

      In my opinion unless you are familiar with the shoe make - try them on somewhere. It's not a bargain if they don't fit.
      I have wide feet and have had to spend more time with fitting now that I am a bit older and buy them less regularly.
