Property Management Fee and Due Diligence Reports - Investment Property

I am in middle of buying an investment property. I am wondering how much people normally pay for property management fee and whether they are any additional charges to consider.

Also if it's unit, should I consider doing building and pest inspection report in addition to Strata report?

    Expect to pay around 6% real estate management fees. Also factor in strata, water, insurance & bank interest. Don't forget letting / advertising & other miscellaneous real estate fees.

      6% is on the high end. It depends on where the property is and how much the rentals are expected to be, but I've seen fees as low as 4.4% (4% + GST), and most are around 5.5% (5% + GST).
