Goodbargain.com.au Apology to Ozbargainers

Dear Ozbargainers,

Our system was in trouble late of Dec between Christmas and New Year holiday.
We were off for business for 10 days.

I've read comments about buyers not receiving their goods on http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/35346
I'm sorry about all your cases, just to claim here that we are not running any scam over here.
We are trying to solve all issues to suit your satisfaction.

There was a problem with our email server and a lot of emails were not downloaded immediately.
We've just managed to download them online via webmail last week (about 200+ of them) after our webmaster notified of the problem from our webhost company.
We have solved most of the Item Not Received cases last week, all emails replied.
I believe those who haven't receive their orders would get their package anytime by this week. We have posted most of them via Express Post.
Please inform us if you have any problem with your order placed on our website.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused, we will fix up all the issues before we come back with more bargains!
