I was wondering if anyone knew of some good websites for a pet dog. We recently got a puppy and need a range of things from grooming items, bed, food etc.

Also bought some stuff from COTD like pet cover for the car, portable dog bowl for water, leash and a whole buch of other crap for about 20 delivered. Check there to see if anything comes up.

For generic accessories such as bowl/bed/toys, try your local discount stores (e.g. in WA, we have reject shop, crazy clarkes (not sure if they still exist), king kongs, red dot stores, etc). Sometimes you can find real good bargains from 'bargain' websites as well, such as dealsdirect.com.au, oo.com.au, topbuy.com.au, crazysales.com.au, etc.
For food, what type of food will you be feeding your pup, premium or the normal off-the-shelf brands? If normal off-the-shelf brand is sufficient for your puppy needs, get them from k-mart or big-w. They often sell them in bulk for cheaper than supermarkets. If you're after the more premium range, try your local pets & gardens store. For example in WA, we have City Farmers, which I believe have several branches in QLD too.
For medication/worming, get them online. Some stores in Ndiddy's link sell their items at quite reasonable prices. For me personally, I always look at eBay first since I find them to be cheapest from experience. However be sure to check any expiry dates first. Or if you prefer to get it offline, pricelesspets in QLD sell tick/flea/worming supplies at very reasonable prices. I've bought from them several times (by post).

I purchase the sentinel spectrums chews(green) for my little mutt. I found vetstop cheaper ($68.95) than aussiepet albeit by 35 cents for this product.
However pricelesspets seems to claim that they will do it for for for $32.50 for doses. Thats CRAZY pricing, if accurate that is. Have you bought from these guys before? Website is very archaic but if true that unbelievable.
I have purchased from priceless pets but I normally stick with aussiepets unless they cant supply goods I need.

I thought trixanpet were the cheapest but they are a scam as they are not the cheapest and will never 'price match' as they promise.wwww.budgetpetproducts.com.au are good. Free shipping too, but they will open the box to fold it flat to fit in the smallest size envelope. No problems though.

Have found their prices to be the cheapest when buying flea and worm tablets.
They have bedding and other items but have not price compared these items against other places. I have a list at home of some discounted places that I can post a little later.
