    • There has to be a better way surely.

I wonder if mods can link us a good link in the formatting help.

        Here:

Alternatively, chuck your information onto an Excel spreadsheet. Once you're done, select all of it and copy it onto your clipboard, open up the link that Clear provided and paste.

If only there was a Help link at the bottom of every page with a page on how to make tables…
or Formatting Help with a link on how to make tables linked at the bottom of every comment box…

        🤔

        • Maybe they should mention that making tables information is in the link markdown extra so people in future don't have to guess and ask these questions in future huh.. Maybe

That or add it in the formatting help under block quote so it is right there withoutfurthersearchingandclicking.

      • Better than doing it the old fashioned way. Easy to make extra tables and columns. Also easy to put text and code in.

        • The old fashioned way would be to have one column at each corner. :)

        • @eug: They're literally the same.

Nope. That is in fact the best way, even if not a great way.

  • Plates in the middle. Glasses in front and to the right. Forks and knives to the left and right respectively, with the utensils for the first course closest to the plate and going outwards for each course, ending with a fork and spoon for the dessert course on the outermost of the utensils.
