        Here is the three put together and Sony didnt change a whole lot through the years, You can shoot photos on the a6000 just as good as the a6500 and its under half the price.

  Been using the a6300 for almost a year now and its been a reliable workhorse. The firmware updates addressed the "overheating" issues, with an added option to silence the warning (which was set at a very conservative temperature), I've shot in 4k for the better parts of an hour with no issue

    It's only really an upgrade if you want to shoot video in 4K, outside of that there isn't a lot of reason to upgrade it.
