Don't think this is PS+ required. Also available on XBOX free as well.

Don't quote me but pretty sure Bethesda said at E3 it's free across the board on all platforms.

    Was more referring to chiefer’s comment about it being free on all platforms. Also it’s more of a phone game than a console game. It’s like if flappy wings was made free to play on playstation.
