Got the "Telstra 4g USB +Wifi Plus" usb modem. Thought I would be able to use this to access the smart gateway nbn we have at home. I am basically trying to use the dongle like a wifi adapter. trying a program Connectify. Also tried putting in my nbn/adsl connection settings on the wireless dongle. Any advice?
I'm not sure with that model but the cheap Huawei modems you can (ones with battery) .
If you have the model number you can look up the manual
