Asked twice in their ticket system, but only get general answers about how to return item.
Then follow their advice and return it. I've returned with a few companies before, it's always slow (like allow another 2-3 weeks once they receive it), but always get a result in the end. Just make sure you use tracking, and follow it up a couple of weeks after it shows delivered.
Best to ask them directly - Remember that Customer Service isn't a strong point for these sellers so whatever time they tell you, allow plenty of extra in the event of screw-ups!
