Project Rock: Under Armor Headphones - An alternative to QC35 II?

Apparently JBL is working together with Under Armor in creating on-ear headphones designed for the gym. I've been holding off personally from the QC35II deals, maybe this new entry into the fray will be an alternative? What's everyone's opinion on on-ear headphones designed for the gym at its price point?

    As if anyone would wear those enormous bulky things in the gym.

    • On average, the headphones I see at the gym are bulkier than this

        You cannot life properly with ridiculous cans like those on.

          ahh ok, must be bulky headphones stopping me from excelling in life

          I lift perfectly fine with my QC35ii, very occasionally when you lie down for an exercise like a dumbell press they will shift back abit. Heaps of IFFB pro and WBFF lifeters wear chunky headphones with no issues?

    Quite clearly on-ear rather than over-ear (in fact actually says that in the linked article), so immediate no for a lot of people I would think.

      painful as

  • Lost me at JBL

    Lost me again at sports wear brand.

    Wouldn't buy because it screams marketing gimmick.

    • how about GAMING! RGB!

      • So people can see your virgin status in 1.6million customisable colours.

  • jabra move is pretty good for the gym

    • Prefer earphones over headphones for the gym;
    • Neither JBL or UnderArmor have a great reputation for audio;
    • There's nothing major actually setting this apart from established brands/models.
