Thanks. Needed one as my last bottle Just finished today.

  • Snake oil?

  • Neve tried but Would love to know the benefits and use cases. Appreciate if any one can share the details. :)

  • My mother swears by this stuff for virtually everything! To her credit, she's been as healthy as a mule since she started this & some other natural remedies, so perhaps she's onto something…

I still won't touch the stuff though - it tastes like shite! 🤢 Doesn't stop her from trying to feed it to me for various ailments though. LOL

    • Sounds like every mum that wants the best for her kids. 😂😂

  • does this thing have expiry ?

    drink daily ?

currently taking vita-c sustained release , might swap to this if better

    • Mine expires in Sep 2019.

Like with most things that stimulate the immune system, it's probably not ideal to take all year round.

      • "Like with most things that stimulate the immune system"

Thanks, this lead me to search on daily dose of vita-c supplements

publishings said it's bad but my experience have been the same with the commentators

what's your thought on 500mg vita-C supplements daily

        • Depends on the rest of your diet and lifestyle.

However, given what we're exposed to in this day and age, I don't see 500mg being an issue, but I'm no expert.

    1000ml / 15ml recommended dosage per day = 66.66 days

Chemist Warehouse has the Comvita soft gel caps (120qty) for $23.99. Recommended is 1 cap per day so will last 120 days

Both dosage will provide 66mg of oleuropein which is the active ingredient. Isn't the soft gel caps better value in this case?

I believe your maths is correct.

I see no issue other than the soft gel (gelatin) capsules may not be appropriate for some.

  • Interesting, I didn't know this stuff could be consumed. I'll give it a go I'm into my health too.
