Xiaomi PowerBank 2 20,000 Mah Quick Charge Won't Work

Hi all,

4-6 Months ago I purchased another Xiaomi 20,000 mAh powerbank with quick charge. I use it at least 2-3 times a week and it has been great. However, yesterday I plugged my phone in (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge), and it no longer charges in Quick Charge. Only charges at standard "Cable Charging" speeds.

But for the life of me, I can't remember who I purchased off (Gearbest, shopmonk, eBay, rosegal etc etc). It was a while back.

Can anyone please suggest a solution to this problem?

      I was hoping someone had a personal experience dealing with this problem, or dealing with Gear Best who could help.

    Have you tried an alternate cable? Poor quality cables can sometimes prevent the device from receiving the higher wattage charges (such as quick charge).

    Have you tried a different cable or tried cleaning the ports?
    Sometimes it happens to me even when I'm using the wall charger. I unplug and replug a couple of times and it's "Fast Charging" again.
