What Cheaper Shipping Options Do You Use Other than Australia Post and Fastway?

Any other options?

Ship 4.2 KG to VIC/NSW, normally cost $24 via Au Post.
To WA 6312 will cost $41 Australia Post and $64.90 via Fastway.

Either cases seem to cost too much, is there any cheaper options for shipping bulking/heavy items?

They're OK but when things go pear shaped you'll have "fun" communicating with them via sporadic emails.

      • Yeah and being the receiver, you're stuck. I've had 2 parcels gone walkabout, Sendle and MyBottleShop washed their hands clean on both.

  • officeworks?

  • Thanks mates, will look into those options see any would fit

  • Officeworks mailman:free signature on delivery excludes PO Boxes, locked and private mail bags, parcel lockers and remote islands.
    Options:
    A2 (440 x 615 mm) Satchel Large Up To 5kg $17 or 15.6 in bulk.
Own box delivery label, Large parcel up to 5KG $16, $100 protection for $1.5, total $17.5

    Austrlia post
    Prepaid 5kg satchel (435 x 510mm) $17.6 or 16.72 in bulk, signature on delivery $2.5, total $20.1

    Sendle
5kg/20L $15.95 or $14.95 with monthly fee. Free up to $1500 insurance. Home pickup and 100% carbon neutral.
Also to New Zealand $16.40 +$7.54/kg

I'd say OfficeWorks A2 Satchel and online self print label are very promising. Will try it.

    Thanks for the help.

make sure you read the reviews for Fastway couriers before using their service… possibly the worst couriers on planet Earth :D

    • Read any courier reviews…

  • If you're sending low volumes just plug it into Temando and see what pops up.

  • e-go

if you just want cheap n' nasty service

  • Interpacel aggregates a few couriers and you can book directly on their website.
