    JB you done it again!!

personally will wait though because I got Littlebigplanet 1 for $10 about 4 months after release from Harvey Norman lol.

    • wo~~ it's ps3 or psp?

      • ps3

  • Dangit, paid 19 more on release. Great game though, like really awesome. Definitely worth getting :D

  • What is the premise of this game? It seems very interesting… any experiences/thoughts?

    • Just finished the story mode, it's just a cute little platform game, the physics are spot on and it can get pretty frustrating at times, definitely worth getting though, especially to see all the user created levels and games, some of them are amazing.

      • I played the first one with a group of my friends and it was fun.. but is this any fun as single player?

    • if you have a psn account, you can download the demo

  • Can get from OzGameShop for $62.99 with free delivery..

      No point.
For $1.01 you can get it within 5 days and depending on where u are in 2 days. Where as buying from ozgameshop can take up to two weeks. Now is $1.01 really worth two weeks of your time?

      • +1

well it is all about bargains here :).. every cent counts (1.5%)
I order most of my games from there and 2 weeks delivery would be the extreme.

        • +3

Well if every cent counts then, keep the money in Australia. That extra $1.01 you pay means the Australian government gets an extra 9.18 cents in taxes, and JB gets another 91.8 cents employing more Australians and keeping our economy going.

      uk version

      big different trade value

      • Is there anything else people should be aware of if they don't trade in games?

        • +1

No other than that that should be it, but then again sometimes the disc sold in the UK would be exactly the same as the disc sold in Aus just different covers. Walk into a EB game and look at any of the pre-owned games that have that generic EB cover and it's probably an import.

        • Sweet. Thanks.

    Beat EBGAmes

  • A good price! Surely the best on-line deal too. Or $3 extra you can get a 7-day return period at EB. If you're fussy about a sealed copy and plan on keeping the game for SURE, then maybe JB's the go for you. If you're not 100% sure on keeping the game and want to try it EB is better (just keep it as new condition, otherwise they may not take it back). Happy Gaming!

  • Just bought it at jbhifi instore. Awesome deal :D

If you are patient and can wait 15 days for the game to arrive, a trusted Ebay seller has this for $56.55 including free shipping. On Monday our copy arrived from this seller:
    http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260721…
However, if you are impatient then pay more.

    • The ebay listing is for the Asian version. Who knows what the language issues may be with this.

      • I had problems with online regarding the first LBP asian english version, would not work at all. I'd avoid it unless you weren't interested in online. Imo the 15 day waiting period wouldn't be worth it either over a small difference

        • +2

Asian version requires a Japan online account to get DLC (Downloadable Content) Stick with the local version if you want to play for a while and create your own levels.

      • -3

There are no language issues. The game is in English. There are no online issues.

        • From the listing:
"Online Code and DLC only valid on Asia PSN account
Please Register Aisa PSN Account before your buy it now."

Chinese version games are always cheaper but I would happily pay an extra $7.45 to not have Chinese text all over the artwork of my game.

  • +2

lol i just bought the one from EB. oh well

    • Return it to EB since LBP2 has been reduced to $49.95 RRP. It won't be long before many Australian stores have it for that price or cheaper.

  • +2

In the latest Good Guys catalogue, they are selling LBP2 and a dualshock controller for $119. That would make the controller $55 if the game is worth $64.
