Hey gang, I am trying to find a bulk shop that isn't $1000000 dollars/kg. Are there any of these in Aus?
E.g. red lentils at Naked Foods Canberra cost $15.50/kg.
Red lentils at nutroaster.com.au are $4/kg.
Literally all I want to do is buy beans and lentils and flour and such without plastics and without spending heaps more money. I don't care about organic or whatever. Any ideas are much appreciated :)
For beans and lentils check out independent greengrocers/fruit and veg stores. Some times they have very good prices on Australian beans and lentils. E.g. I got a couple of kilos of lentils recently for $1.50/kg.

I rate them very highly and have bought from them a number of times in the past.
I know of one, but it's not online and I'm pretty sure they don't deliver. They're basically a wholesaler who also does direct sales out the back of their warehouse. I'll have to try and find it though because I went once…. and the stuff I bought then lasted so long I forgot they existed until this post reminded me.
