Has anyone else had difficulty claiming the $10 credit from the previous 2014/2015 deals? My account wasn't credited after my first shipment… has been a while but they said that there was no expiry on the offer on their posts.

Have submitted a support ticket showing the above posts but they won't credit the offer to my account claiming that it is expired.
