Where to Buy Lard, Tallow etc in Melbourne (Farmers Markets)

I know that Coles sells some.

Any other sources would be appreciated.

TIA.

PS. Yes I did google for it but I forgot to mention that I was looking for Farmers' market who sell this product. Updating the question for clarification.

Ask the butcher for meat offcuts with lots of fat and render your own.

My mother used to gather the drippings from roasts and store it in an enamel bowl in the fridge. You haven't lived until you have had chips or roast potatoes deep fried in lamb fat.
