Part of the mid-year sale EB have got goin' on.
If you're lucky you can grab it in-store for $9 (which must be lowest price ever) or postage for me was $9.06
Has mostly favourable reviews, and also a sequel was recently announced.

has been this price for the past month or so.. not widely available in store, so delivery most likely for 99.9% of interested buyers.
I was lucky and bought a copy locally when the EB sale first started last month.
Feels like this game will be sub $5 soon if not by Christmas or boxing day sales. Honestly haven't heard much about it but this is a good price I guess for now.
Read some quick reviews and seems to be a lower quality sci-fi themed action rpg so Dark Souls, Nioh and Bloodborne snobs and veterans will not find much to like in it.
Might try it when it shows up in a bundle but still got loads of other action rpgs to go through before I try this.
Does EB really sell this for $70? Seems insanely high.
