Youfoodz Missing Meal - Store Credit Offered That Doesn't Stack with Coupons

Just a heads up that some people including myself have experienced a missing meal from their Youfoodz boxes, usually the 'freebie' box is missing although the delivery date fell within the required timeframe. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/390396#comment-6147218

I contacted Youfoodz who wrote a nice little spiel about how they don't want their customers to miss out on an expected meal - freebie or otherwise - but they gave me a coupon code for $10 off, that can't be stacked with any other coupon.

I feel like I'm probably never going to redeem that coupon though as it can't be stacked.

They should have a system like Woolies where the store credit coupon is different to a promo coupon and can be stacked…

Just wondering if anyone has a similar experience with Youfoodz? If it happened to a paid meal rather than a freebie meal I would be quite frustrated about their credit system! Fortunately it was one of the freebie meals, but still….

    It isn't a free meal, you paid money for it (unless you somehow didn't pay money).

    Hence why I asked them to refund me .

    Call them back and they can refund that meal

    Didn't have this problem… But I've complained when they didn't give me the meals I ordered (they replaced them with something else I didn't order) . They actually issued me a refund of the prediscounted price which I was obviously pleased about.

    Can u ask them to just include the free meal in your next order instead (say uve already ordered and if they can just manually add it to your order)?

    I had an order pending and asked if they would match a better deal that came out. They said they couldn't but would email me a code. The box my order was in was crushed so I rejected it. They offered to send me a code. I still haven't received any codes yet.
