  • Not recommended. Have you thought about Xiaomi or Nokia midrange devices?

Or maybe even a previous generation(s) flagships such as LG V20, Huawei Mate 8, ZTE Axon 7, OnePlus 5, Xiaomi BlackShark, Huawei Honor 9, Lenovo Z2 Force, S7-Exynos, LG G6, Pixel 2XL, S8 Plus, LG V30?

…though it all depends on what you want out of your device. More features? More style? Healthy does of both? And of course depends on how much you want to stretch your budget.

      • What do you need 6GB's of RAM for? Did you develop your own App?
If Yes: Go ahead, look for a 6GB RAM phone.
If No: Then the specs doesn't actually matter, the real-world performance does.

Also a 6.0 inch device is huge, if you are talking about the Google Nexus 6 (2014, Motorola, QSD 805).
But if you are tricked by all the catchy buzzwords and marketing just say so.
Since a 6.0inch display with a weird (and useless) 19.5:9 aspect ratio is actually small.
The real size is 6.0 inch (weird aspect) = 5.13 (regular aspect), both are 63.9mm's wide.
And honestly, if there's a notch and curved sides its actually smaller. I'd say 6.0inch (weird) = 5.0inch (standard).

Also, the Snapdragon 636 is the minimum specs you should consider for a new phone.
If you get anything lower like a QSD 625/626/630/632… you're gonna get a sidegrade at the most.
        The chips increase in this order: 636, 660, 820, 710, 821, 835, 845.
….with that said a "lowly" QSD 636 phone can be much faster than a QSD 835 phone, IF the 636 is optimised and running well and the 835 is bloated and unoptimised.

        • Thank you for the candid reply.

Chipset config is an eye opener for many.
          As I mentioned
