The ~$28 quoted is the shipped price, I assume.There is a $10 flat rate shipping charge. $28.80 is shipped price
About to order the comb only but after finding out delivery fee of $10 I turned it off.

Factoring in Jebus' comment about half price Uppercut at Culture Kings, this in total seems expensive.
I don't understand… these things are listed as $21.99 on your site but the bargain is $28.80? Does this save a couple of bucks on shipping? Not sure what shipping is as it appears I cannot see that without creating an account.
