  • Call them

  • I message them thru eBay,how long to wait?
And IF what to do first is better option, Paypal or eBay?

    • Yes.

    • +1

After you message them wait 1-2 business days, if they don't reply or you are not happy with their solution open an eBay case first. Then wait for eBay to make a decision, if you open a Paypal case before eBay settle the dispute eBay will close the case. So eBay first, then PayPal.

Edit: Also if the seller asks you to close the case before they can refund you, don't!

      • Just to add to the above, OP, if when they contact you they tell you to return the item before they refund you, don't. They'd be under no obligation to refund you. Only return the item if you've been refunded first or ebay/PayPal are telling you to.

  • If you're going to dispute, use ebay first, because they will make the seller pay for return postage.

  • I have started a case through Ebay regarding a Moto phone that died within a week. Allphones the vendor suggested I needed to go through a precedure for recovery that failed, I have a bricked phone and since my reply to their message 2 day's ago nothing!.
Do I chase the vendor or let EBay know the current state of play, or should I keep on the back of Allphones to sort this out fast. I am going overseas shortly, and want a fully functioning and reliable phone. Not one that I have to keep my fingers crossed that it will not keep packing up. Any suggestions appreciated - Thanks
