Optus FetchTV Not Been Working for 1.5 Months. What Are My Options?

18th June - Ordered and picked up a Fetch Mini from Optus Shop
19th June - Received activation code however doesn't work
- calling Optus almost every day to get the problem solved-
25th June - TIO case logged
26th June - TIO replied they only can look into when Fetch is bundled with Internet service not mobile
- Optus CRG case logged but no case worker get assigned, nobody cares. Contacted CRG directly, they just transfer the call to Fetch -
- Continue to talk with Optus to get this resolved, told it's escalated to level 2(a.k.a blackhole) and my option is either wait as long as it takes or ask for replacement box -
17th July - Gave up and requested replacement box
18th July - New box delivered / old box returned
- No activation code, order status doesn't show up as completed. trying to follow up-
21st July - told it's now with level 2 and with 5 working days turnaround time
1st August - still with level 2 with no update whatsoever, wait as long as it takes or go f…

Lesson learnt: don't buy anything from Optus that you can't call TIO

Is there any other option I can try?

I checked out the complaint page but it seems it just goes to the same CRG who doesn't care.

    Wow that's strange, mines been replaced 4 times, and each time the new activation code is sent at the end of the phone call

    Jesus man, you need to cool it.

    The rest of it is pretty unfortunate, granted.
