  What is the Frank and Beans Promise ?
  If you dont like it return your underwear for refund or exchange
  For claim to be validated the product must be unworn, unopened, unwashed due to hygiene laws and not a item that was on sale

  understand hygiene reasons but am I supposed to decide if I like them by just looking at them?

  Why call this a promise and not a 30 day return policy?
  Also these are on sale, so they are exempted anyway

        wtf is your point? You understand they can't be worn due to hygiene reasons, so is that not case closed? Other companies are willing to take a hit and throw the returns in the bin but these guys understandably want to put them back on the shelf.
