      Regular sales on t-shirts have been due to being in the winter season. We'll be releasing a new collection for Spring/Summer. These older designs are being cleared at almost cost price.

      End of the day you're receiving a screen printed, 100% cotton t-shirt, posted to your front door for under $10. Whose complaining?

      We're very disappointed to hear about your experience. We've optimised the website for quicker load time but still during the promos there tends to be lots of traffic which slows it down. If you're still interested in a purchase we would like to compensate you for your troubles by throwing in a free t-shirt.           @MK23: Feedback taken on board. We'll be setting up an automated email confirmation. Rest assured though our orders are dispatched very expediently, our dispatch turnover time is usually 1-2 business days.

          At busy times the site becomes very slow. Intermittently however, the site does falter because of the hosting. Try refreshing the page that usually works. Apologies for the inconvenience.

          @MK23: Very true, hosting most definitely plays a big part. Being a start-up funded completely from our savings, our growth has been very gradual. Before our next launch we'll be upgrading to a more premium hosting.

          @MK23: you're comparing apples to oranges there buddy.
          OZBargain makes a fortune through ads, promos and other such things.
          Scott gives away tens of thousands a year to charities on behalf of OZB so that should put in perspective how much OZB is earning.
          So of course they have almost 100% uptime/smooth runtime.
          I don't think ADRH makes anywhere near as much as OZB does so they can't exactly afford better hosting..

    no V-neck options? or XS sizes? Any plans for these in future designs?

      Yes V-necks seem to be more popular, we're intending to get some of the new designs manufactured with the V-neck.

      By the way if you're intrested in any of the current designs in an XS you can provide us with you measurements (Chest width & torso length - collarbone to waistline) and we can check if we have something in those those measurements. We may have a few XS in our current stock.

      You seriously need to look into a solution for order confirmation in email and even better the tracking……if most of your delivers will take at least 5 minimum days.
