I'd hazard a guess that it is in store only, as there doesn't seem to be any way to make purchases on their website.
The 2018 Specialized Tarmac Sport is at a similar price in several places, and probably in other bike shops as well.

Didn't look up the other models, but probably the same. The best bet if you're after this or other models they have on sale is to pick a local bike shop that you can go to for advice and service.
