Probably general advice.
If I was using a model like this, I would turn it on about half an hour before getting into bed, then turn it off when I got in. You just get too icky feeling if you leave it on all night…
That's why we need a timer, so if you fall asleep at least the timer will switch it off. I usually set it to 1 hour, 90% of the time I turn it off after about 10-15 mins.
I thought it was for the seniors. Am I right?
Timer is essential. The description of this one says nothing about a timer, so I guess it doesn't have one.
