Womens Sanitary Pads Cheaper than Coles/Woolies?

Good Afternoon OzBarganiers,

As a husband, who thinks sanitary napkins are quite an expensive essential everyday item when purchased from the supermarkets/brick and mortar stores, where are you all buying these from?

My wife is brand loyal to Libra and doesn't want to change brands. Which I am probably correct in saying she is not alone in this area.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

Wow haha - I think Costco do a fairly good deal on this stuff.

    Maybe Amazon?

I can see why your wife doesn't want to change. Libra has fun facts printed on their packaging!

I normally stock up when Priceline has a sale (they have buy one get one free on Libra which ends today)

Yes, thats the only difference, not shape, hypo allergy material, absorption, quality(you don't want those things breaking up on you), leakage barriers, so much more. Pads are not all the same, and literally every woman has her own needs in a pad, which different brands may or may not cater too.

  • Tell her there is statistically significant savings to be had

  • Yeah she does go for the priceline deal when its on, just was thinking about a bulk savings online.

Outlander cheers - i dont want to sleep outside :)

  • Chemist Warehouse is usually a bit cheaper.

  • Aldi - olivia pads

  • Bulk buy when they're half price. Could try cheaper brands, but some you really get what you pay for - and you could pay for it again via embarrassing accidents.

  • Period undies. Buy 7. $30 each. Wash and reuse each cycle.
