eBay Free $20 off $30 Purchase Hack

So I found this to be working for over 6 months now. I used it enough to let others in on it.

  1. Create a new eBay account, with a new email.
  2. Wait 4 weeks without any purchases on that account.
  3. eBay emails you a $20 voucher to use on your 1st purchase. Must spend $30 or more.

repeat.

    • So true, they closed my accounts so many times now I gave up.

Multiple log in from a single IP raises flags

      • Do the ban the new account only or all of them?

    • Happy to me before by doing this!

    This happened to me:

    1. Create a new eBay account, with a new email.
    2. Wait 4 weeks without any purchases on that account.
    3. No voucher showed up.

Wasted 10 mins of my life.

      *4 weeks

      • I tried it before. I actually have 3 ebay accounts. I have an normal ebay account, then they offer me a voucher for my email address through gumtree, so I created another ebay account with my gumtree email address. Then I had a thought to create another account to "catch" another voucher since a lot of ebay vouchers are targeted. So far no vouchers have come through on that one. I had the last ebay account since Jan.

        *4 weeks

I'm sure the OP didnt sit and look at their inbox for 4 weeks waiting for the voucher. So only wasted the time to create the account ;)

        • I have 6 running via Thunderbird. Only for eBay. They send emails daily, but the voucher ones came in around 4 weeks after creating the account.

        • @smigglejiggle:

          Whats thunderbird?

        • -3

          @Triton: a web browser

        • @resubaehtgnolhcs:

Oh right.. with thunderbird can you be logged into 6 different emails at the same time?

        • +3

@Triton: Thunderbird is an email client, not a web browser. It's like Outlook/Apple mail

        • @Xiongmao:

          Oh right .. thanks

  • how many accounts do ebay allow?

  • So no issue with same exact name, same exact postal address ?
