G'day all - hope you are all well and in need of some 'Two Cracks' action!

I've reduced the prices for all my coffees for one week as an Ozbargain exclusive.

    Hi there - the darker roasts are the Brazil ( medium dark ) and PNG ( medium) - both very good for espresso :)

      If your wife is feeling a bit more adventurous the organic Ethiopian ( Silver medal winner) offers an amazing cup of coffee as an espresso. Fruity and floral :)

        Hey mate i've had to go back to my aeropress since my dual temp pro seems to no be evenly distributing water through the group head.. would you have any personal suggestions for a dark-er long black? Currently I'm grinding between espresso and percolator settings for nearly 12 seconds to get a nice strong cup.. thanks mate!

    Kmart grinder is $20 and works well. You can set the fineness of the grind which is good.

      Thanks. We’re looking for a decent grinder that will last us a while and is actually serviceable. We’ve gone through 2 Breville models over the years and feel its time to step up a bit. This one from Alternative Brewing looks decent and shouldn’t break the bank.

    Hi there. Latest I can roast for you is the 27th Aug… Give it 5-10 days resting time from then and it's about right? You'll get a month out of the beans after that :)

  Is it possible to just have 1 crack and get filter roast? It's nicer weather and focusing more on cold drip.

    Hi there - for sure - most of my roasts are light and light-medium and dont get close to 2nd crack despite my company name:)
    Have a read of the flavour notes and see what you fancy.
