Is This eBay GTX760 Legitimate?

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/AS-NEW-Gigabyte-nVidia-GTX760-OC…

Not sure how someone ends up with so many non-boxed Gigabyte GTX760s, could these be fakes? I'm considering getting one but I'm a little worried that they are dodgy. Anyone have advice on what to look out for?

    "seller refurbished"

Possibly previously used for crypto mining.

I'm not sure that's a good price, but there probably isn't a problem with the cards.

Why not get a GTX 1050 for around $160?

  • yeah, looks legit

from ex cyber cafe of sorts

  • $117 is a very mediocre price for what looks to be cards with very high mileage and also not supported in terms of driver updates. It's five years old now and getting to 6.

They are still faster than a GTX 1050 (non Ti edition) by 10% and are slower than a GTX 1050 Ti by around 10%. But I still wouldn't buy it, might consider if it was under $100. New Nvidia cards launching in just 2 days and the prices will drop for Pascal.

  • Address looks like a computer shop that has gone bust. Seller also has 321 positive deals in the last 12 months. Cards may not be of a high specification, but if you get an unused card still in wrap, might be worth it for older games etc.
