Can you please recommend a DIY drone kit for beginners? With a camera and a remote controller.
Or the controller can be bought separately but then clear instructions will be needed on how to calibrate, which seems tricky. The teenager receiving the gift is handy with assembly and soldering, but has never assembled a drone or calibrated motors/receivers.
XCSOURCE 250 on amazon.com.au looked ok but it seems to lack a controller
My dad builds a lot of quadcopters and gets all of his stuff from hobbyking.com… they have a good forum and lots of parts. Might be worth having a look over there and see what they would recommend.
