  My experience - ordered 17th July for a couple Nivea items, received confirmation, on the 12th August, they informed me they were still awaiting stock, and I received a promotional credit, and am still waiting for the 'Prime day' super fast OMGWTFBBQ delivery 5 weeks later

    Yeah, a few of these deals lately require a 1-3 week wait for shipping which isn’t all that great, so it’s essentially a pre-order.

    That reminds me; I bought two BenQ monitors from Amazon and the colours and contrast are quite off for one, so decided to send it back. They only offer $17 return postage refund, but it cost me ~$26.

    I’m becoming more wary of purchasing on Amazon with the long, unpredictable shipping and not so great return process.

        Thanks for the advice, I’ll contact them. During the return process, the wording was that they will cover up to $17 of the postage costs.

    I recently had an item on the same 1-3 week wait time and got it earlier than expected so that was nice, strange you have to wait so long.
