How on Earth Do I Get a N64 Emulator on My Wii U

I recently bought one of the Wii Us in the EB games deal, on the premise that i could mod the bejesus out of it… but i'm finding it a bit hard. what has everyone else done?
The main goal is to get that sweet donkey kong 64 running on it.
Cheers

    • see my issue is i can't get the "homebrew channel" where you launch it from. I've already 'homebrewed' my wii but don't know how to access the emulator i put on the SD card from this video. I'm quite confused

Why is the homebrew channel red on this guy's Wii U?
Anyway, I would recommend you to my 2nd favourite website, GBAtemp, to get your answer.
Theres tons of tutorials on modding and stuff.

You should have the homebew channel installed and visible from the Wii menu. If you don't thats the big issue.

Once you have haxchi installed, everything is easy. I have a bunch of N64 games installed on my home screen, and can play them with the Wii U pro controller

    • i have haxchi installed, still no n64 stuff showing up? man what the heck is going on

      • Install them with wupinstaller. What you're looking for is injects.

  • You have to be on Mars

  • So i sorted it by following jack sorrell's videos. It also turns out you need a 32gb SD card or less and i was using a 64gb.
    Thanks all for the help

  • What emulator are you using? Nintendont?
