      a major difference is that the Innovatum range is not fit for induction suitable stovetops.

    Superior non a stick technology? Not in my experience, it's one of the hardest nonstick surfaces to keep clean and it's very unforgiving if you happen to let the pan get a bit too hot with food in it.
