I am looking to buy two laptops for around $500-$600 each

Specs needed

• i5
• 4-8gb ram
• 500GB-1TB

    Also buy 2x SSDs if you can’t upgrade from DELL.

    Why the hell they still put a 1TB HDD in, is completely beyond me.

  Unless you really need 1TB of storage you should get an SSD. I don't know why they even sell computers without one these days. It's not too hard to replace the HDD on most laptops and a 240GB SSD can be had for as little as $60 if you get the right sale.
