Hi all,
So I recently received Nubia Z17 Lite from Geekbuying which seems to be running 'international' ROM, perhaps modified ROM by Geekbuying. While most of the features work, I am having issues with few features as per below and was wondering if anyone else who bought this phone is also having these issues:
- Apps in background get closed. My research shows that such apps that need to be running in background need to be allowed in an app called "Neosafe" but I don't seem to locate that app. If I search for that app in Settings, I see it but it's perhaps disabled and I cannot locate it.
- If I configure Outlook/Hotmail account for sync, Play store stops downloading new apps/updates. The same thing happens if I logon to Swiftkey keyboard using my Google account.
Anyone with this mobile/other Nubia device having these issues by any chance?
