The new Humble Bundle. Looks pretty decent if you are into tabletop games. Three tiers as always.

Tier 1:$1US:

My personal opinion is that Tier 1 is outstanding value, simply for the fact that you get three games and all DLCs for Ticket to Ride, namely:

  • Ticket to Ride - Switzerland
  • Ticket to Ride - United Kingdom
  • Ticket to Ride - Europe
  • Ticket to Ride - Legendary Asia
  • Ticket to Ride - India
  • Ticket to Ride - Nordic Countries

  • Ticket to Ride - Pennsylvania

Tier 3 seems to be a bit overpriced with just one game in it and that one has been bundled before.

    Does the beat the average price usually go up or down over time? I dont really need another copy of Talisman I think I have 3 but the other games look decent at that level. Currently $5.75

      Depends on the quality of the games. Usually goes up in the first day or so then flat lines.

    Carcassone is a great game. Scoring farmers/fields is a pain, but if the computer does it that is a good thing.

    But on a separate issue, does anyone have any ideas for how best to play this on a real table?

    There was the Samsung Galaxy view (https://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/tablets/galaxy-view/) but that hasn't been sold in a while.

    I looked at pico projectors but I don't know how practical they are.

    And I don't know if anyone remembers this one (https://www.computerworld.com/article/2541385/computer-hardw…)

    Any ideas?

      Yes, the computer does the scoring for farmers / fields. The nice thing about this version compared to the older one, is that during the game there's a option to show who is currently in control of the fields.

    If you like ticket to ride, the $1 tier is a must buy.

    That moment when you already have Tier 1 and don't remember how you got it haha lol.

    If Tier 2 was sub $2.50 USD I might consider it.. but already have all the others mostly and just really want Carcassonne really for keeps sake and it looks beautiful and nice.
