  • What are people's opinions on these vs the Google Home Mini? I'm tempted…but with all my Android phones and Chromecasts etc, i'm a bit dubious

What do you want to do with these voice assistants? That’s really the deciding thing.

Be really careful when ordering shoes off Amazon, last deal it was one size off for the same brand. For example if you select a 9 AU, they will send a size 8 UK, 9 US even though their size chart says 9 AU equals 9 UK.
They won't exchange them, only refund them and last deal they had sold out so I never got the cheap pair of shoes in the right size.

What size should my echo dot be?

    • Thanks for the heads up. Just had to cancel my order and change size.

    • Sounds like you got unlucky.

      • There were many comments from people who ordered and had the same experience, seems a process flaw

Yeah I selected 10.5 AU and they sent me 9.5 AU…. I spoke to their customer service, he organised the return..blah blah so I re-ordered again, and the consultant said he would put a note on my new order to ensure that I receive the correct size….. Guess what… 9.5 AU arrives again!!

Now I had to return 2 pairs!!! For their stuff ups they added a $20 promo so I thought I'd try again…

But this time I selected 11.5 AU, and guess what… 10.5 AU arrived!

    • Amazon customer service have previously allowed me to reorder an item in the correct size, and then adjusted the price of my new order down to a heavily discounted lightning deal price.

Yep true. I have a rain check for the PS4 pro @ $379 Amazon prime day price.

  • Wonder if the echo dot will ever go back down to $39 again. I got one at this price during amazon prime day(s) and thinking about getting another one.

    • maybe wait for black Friday/cyber Monday?
