      This is a legitimate dealer who has had offeres presented before. The box a watch comes in is normally a "presentation" box, and many overseas dealers offer that as a choice for extra, as I would imagine the postage ramps up due to the volume of the package.

      This is normal for a grey market seller. Unless you're going to flip it or gift it, who cares anyway. Can't remember the last time I wore one of my watch boxes. ;-)

      Exactly as people explained. It's more about postage costs. Some boxes are heavier than the watch itself and it makes unreasonable. Also to discourage people from countries that have strict customs to order with box, because it calls more attention and increase the chance to be taxed.
