BJJ Gi - Where's a Good Place to Get Them?

Hi guys,

Just getting back into BJJ and wondering where my fellow ozbargain'ers who do BJJ go shopping for their Gi's?

Prefs in Melb and would like to try it on as I'm a giant lol (+6 foot and big (XXL)) and everything fits differently.

      Yeah, I'm going to try them on but just asking generally too.. I have a feeling the ones at my gym wont fit properly so wanting options. :)

    If you can make it out to Cambellfield the Grappling Store is pretty good, big range. Also MMA fight store in Melb CBD. Does your school not have any for sale? I usually like to support my gym and buy their gear.

      Thanks - I was going to go check out MMA fight store this week.. They have some decent deals on Hayabusa ones and have a few others I can try on too.

      Yeah my place charges $55/w so I don't think they are struggling :P (unlike myself trying to pay the membership fee haha :( ) #unilyf #needafulltimejob #moretime #butnomoney

        Are you training at Renegade in Kensington?

        I agree with below comment about MMA Fight Store, I think some gyms (like Renegade) get 5-10% off.

    If you do grab something from the MMA fight store mention where you train and they usually give a bit of discount, got that last time I bought some stuff there.

    At least the gi is a solid investment in this sport, years worth of use. Oss
