I've tried googling and seeking assistance from Foscam support but nothing has worked so far.
I purchased 2 Foscam C1 Wireless cameras recently, and when trying to setup the camera, I get to the Wifi stage,.however it's not showing my networks in the list, it just says <unknown ssid> and it's unable to be changed. This then means it stops the camera from connecting to the network as the SSID is incorrect for the password.
Anyone else had this issue at all?

you need to disable 5ghz band on your router
it's a foscam bug , can't detect the wifi when both 2.4 & 5ghz are turned on
Ahh ok. Can I turn it back on after I've setup the cameras?
For anyone else having trouble even on 2.4GHz networks, I found a workaround. Put anything in the password box and hit next, then use an online QR code generator to make a text-based QR code in this format:
<S>[Your wifi SSID]</S><P>[Your wifi password]</P><T>-1</T>
For example, if your network name is MyWifi and your password is Password1234, the text you'd put into the QR code generator would be:
<S>MyWifi</S><P>Password1234</P><T>-1</T>
I don't know what the T parameter is. The app had it set to -1 and the camera accepted it.
Are you sure it's 2.4? Foscam C1 supports 2.4Ghz network only just like many other small gadgets.
