Could anyone please recommend a charger case for Samsung S9 PLUS .. I have come across couple of them on eBAY but unsure if they really are 5200mah ?

I've had one for my S5 a few years back from eBay, it worked, but a little less than the rated mah. I also got rid of it pretty quickly, because it added so much bulk to the phone, it was hard to fit in my pocket.
