How to Make a Payment on Woolworths Credit Card?

I few months ago I got a Woolies credit card and did a balance transfer from another card and forgot about it. Now, apparently, they want me to start giving them some money back… Ehhhh, I know right? The FAQ!?

I tried searching on how to pay the card and all they say is that u can make repayments from the app. But I can find anything on the app that lets me do that. And they don't mention anything at all on the credit card website about how to make repayments.

The only thing I found was this one random page on the net saying u can go into Woolies and make a payment or BPAY to Woolworths using some random number, and I can't find anywhere on the actual site if that's their real BPAY number?

Does anyone have a Woolies card and use the app for repayments somehow?

  You can view your statement in the app and on the website and it says on the statement how to pay.

  The statement is the source of authority for how much to pay, when it is due and how to pay it.

  You can pay other bills from the app that will be charged to the card, but not the woolworths card bill itself.

  The statement has the Bpay number.

  I thought that even if you did did a balance transfer, you still have to at least pay the minimum payment back each month. Remember to not forget about it, cause the cash advance fee when the grace period is over is massive.

    ^ im pretty sure you do need to pay them monthly, did you miss some bills?

  Interesting. I would have thought Woolworths would have a call centre or some sort of support line. ;)
