Not seeing all Shirts at $40? Non-iron linked is $110 or 4 for $300.

    • even the one OP linked is $109.95…

Use this link. There must be some sort of cookies for this promo. Got it from FB ads. Normal visit to the site without visiting this link won't show the promo price.

    • Fixed.

  • The site keeps timing out at the payment section

    What are the sizings like?

    • What do you currently wear?

    • -1

Thanks for the downvotes instead of actual advice.

      • The sizings may be loose or tight depending on how fat you are.

Sorry but you'll get a vague answer if you ask a vague question.

  • Does anyone know if these shirts are available in store or is this an online only promotion?

    • I'd say online only, I was in there a few days ago for an exchange and they told me if I wanted to exchange in store, it would be against store pricing (which was about 80$ a shirt)

Time for the bi-annual stock up of non-iron shirts for work!

  • I bought these non iron shirts, there still wrinkle :( take em out of the wash and then hang it and even pull the shirt down to flatten…But they still wrinkle…

      • The non iron shirt actually fits really well, I just chose the right fit.

My other TM Lewin shirts are just as good fit wise.

      • +1

jjcf, have you actually tried TM or CT non-iron shirts?

        • +1

          I'm wearing one right now.

And I ironed it, because I'm not a slob.

        • +1

@jjcf: me too. And I didn't iron it, because it has no wrinkles and doesn't need it.

        • @djkelly69:

          Is it a patterned shirt?
The non-iron is better with patterned shirt.

You can still see the wrinkles with plain coloured CT and TM Lewin shirts. I have like a dozen of each.

        • @smuggler: patterned today, but have both and had no issues with either type.

        • +1

          @djkelly69:

Honestly mate, if you go to various mens forums 99.9% of people have to iron their plain non-iron shirts. I've never met anyone who had wrinkle-free non-iron plain colored shirts after a wash.

DO you wash the shirts at 40 degrees C with washing liquid/powder and no fabric softener?

          Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Rljo7T2OEQ

        • @smuggler: I don't frequent 'men's forums' but the majority of the feedback I have seen on here is from people saying how good they are and that they don't need to iron them.

My estimate would be something like 80/20 in favour of not ironing. Have not seen people discussing the difference between patterned and plain before.

Obviously people's ideas of when things require ironing will differ, so potential buyers should take it with a grain of salt.

My shirts just go in the normal wash - cold water, normal cycle, then hang on a coat hanger to dry.

    • Wash as directed. One of mine seems worse than the others, but pretty good overall. Sometimes I iron and starch them and it brings back the non iron quality. I've also found tumble drying them significantly improves the non iron look

    • Mine worked for a few washes but eventually started wrinkling, I didn't follow the directions though…

    • +1

I must be lucky or doing something different, I've got 5 non iron shirts from tm and have never ironed them. Wash and hang on a hanger soon as you get them out of the wash.

      • The tip I got today from the store rep was dont use the fast spin cycle on the washer

  • Nought 8 two years ago at this price. Just bought another 8 plus TRS. New rotation time. Thanks op!

  • Bought 3 at the last sale and love the non iron shirts, wife has never had to iron them. I'm 189cm and i buy the 16" slit fit non iron with 91cm sleeve length. Thanks OP, i bought another 3.

  • Unidays code not applicable on this deal?

    • +1

      doesn't look like it

Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional sale items that are already discounted.

  • Time to give these a go.

  • Just bought another 8 plus TRS

    ?

    • As in, I will be getting TRS on them.

      • still don't follow
is it a coincidence that you happen to be leaving the country to claim the same

isn't it kind of wrong if you will subsequently be using them here?

        • +1

You're permitted to bring $900 worth of tax free items back to Oz including ones on which you claimed TRS.

        • Nah it's completely legal as rogsamsy has stated. And yes I will be travelling in November.

  • Got 4 non-iron's. Cheers. I wear them to work and they are great

  • How are these compared to CT shirts? I have a half dozen of them and really like them, but I'm in a weird in between size where 'slim' fit is still a bit boxy on me but I'm not game enough to try their next slim size down.

    • +2

TM shirts has better fit than the CT ones. But in terms of feels, fabric and quality. CT is slightly better imo.

      • Thanks for that. Having a look at the TM shirts, I think I still prefer the look of the CT shirts anyway so may as well keep a good thing going.

    • +1

TM lewin has a better fit, but the collars are not fused and not very stiff. The CT collars are semi-fused with the collar stiffeners fused to the front of the collar. This makes them more stiff and straight, thus more formal

  • Thanks OP - i bought a few for work. I've been wearing TM Lewin for at least 4 years and I find their shirts are good quality and good fittings. My shirts typically last for about 3 years with heavy wearing (weekly); def more if you take care of them!

  • dang I thought this was a shirt + tie combo for $40.

  • Do they do free return/refunds in store (chadstone)?

    • +1

When I bought some last year they returned them at chadstone for free. Took a little while for the paypal payment to get refunded though.

    • +1

      Yes

  • May I ask how do we measure collar length? Or does it not matter?

  • +1

Anyone happen to know which slim fit is the slimmest/tightest out of CT and TL?

CT has a "super slim" and TL has a "super fitted".

    • +1

Super slim from CT is only equivalent to TM "fitted" fit. As for fit, i always prefer TM over CT.

  • Hey guys does anyone know what size would be equivalent to a van huesen slim fit size small ???

    Thanks in advance

    • +2

Get a piece of string or measuring tape. Measure your collar and then your sleeve length.

      I think you're a 39 collar and 84 sleeve.

  • Cheers OP bought 4 shirts!

  • Guys,

I wear CT's "Super Slim" - is it equivalent to TL's "Fitted" or "Super Fitted"?

    Cheers

    • Fitted

      • Thanks mate.

  • Website says free delivery for orders over $120, not $50 as per title. Do I need to enter any code to get free delivery for order under $120? Thanks.

I used to feel special wearing my TML non-iron shirts I bought in LONDON… they're still the best shirts, even if the secrets out.
Btw 10 washes and no more non-iron.

    • I bought in LONDON

Reminds me of the time I went souvenir shopping in Edinburgh, only to find out the even the kilts were made in China :)

  • Great deal thank you - it has been a while since they had a good deal which included a wide range of shirts. I purchased two shirts to stock up!

  • +1

just to be sure. $40 is just shirt only not including the tie?

  • I just grabbed two for $40 each and they had free delivery

  • Arrived today - perfect fit. Deal still on: bought 3 more ;-)

    Cheers OP

  • I try to leave and they drag me back in

  • Thanks OP. Just bought 7 shirts. Have used both CT & TM shirts and I like the fit and feel of the TM shirts… although there is nothing wrong with the CT shirts 😊

  • Nice… deal is still on.

I actually came across TM Lewin when I was shopping @ Myer for a shirt to wear to the races.

Love the quality and fit… just grabbed a few of these for myself!
