I’m trying to order pre-order Black Ops 4 PS4 as the cash rewards 10% cash back will bring the price down to $57.60! But unfortunately when I proceed to order the game, it says it won’t ship to my address (I’ve tried three different addresses in Melbourne).
Has anyone been able to pre-order black ops 4 (PS4) from Amazon?

It comes up with the following message - “Sorry, this item can't be delivered to your selected address. Learn more. You may either change the delivery address or delete the item from your order.“
I was live chatting with Amazon last night and the customer service representative advised it could be because the product is “hazardous or some other reason” :/
Hazardous? They must have watched the 60 minutes piece about computer games killing kids brains or something.
Sorry - I've got nothing as to why it won't ship. I tried checking out, and they won't deliver to my address in NSW or my US address with the same error as yours

Try a different Amazon Rep. The issue is with the listing and they need to fix it. Unfortunately from my experience some of the reps don't know about the issue and how to fix it.
I just tried through cash rewards Amazon link and no problem placing pre order for Black Ops 4

As others have mentioned, the problem seems to have been resolved! I too placed my order via cash rewards :)
Silly question, but do you have your Amazon set to Amazon AU or Amazon US? They won't ship anything from the US store to Australia due to the GST collection debacle
