Just a quick question, does purchasing an item from TGGs eBay store allow you to claim on the price guarantee (vs buying direct from TGG?) There are some clauses restricting with eBay but is this just price matching eBay promos?

Is a product purchased from TGG ebay store an eligible product to make a claim? Or only products purchased directly from TGG website/instore eligible products?

I actually think you can buy anything from TGG and it'd be eligible.
I miss the ol days when this was possible.. paid under $400 for a Fujitsu 2.5KW Aircon after all discounts and price match.
My understanding is that there’s essentially a blanket eBay exclusion. Having said that, you could always contact TGG through the website and ask, or check with your local store to see if they can help you out. If you didn’t use an eBay promo code I’d suggest your chances would increase.
No
