I recently bought tickets through ticketmaster for a concert (Riverstage, Brisbane) which has both 18+ and u18 tickets available. When ordering for a group of friends, I made a mistake and accidentally ordered all 18+ tickets when I should have got all 18+ and one u18 ticket. The tickets are the all same price.
Anyone have any previous experience dealing with such an issue? Hopefully they just put coloured wristbands on at the gate and can sort it there. Ticketmaster customer support have been non existent, as they haven't responded in two weeks since emailing and their phone line is just a robot
