Low Price Budget TV, 55'' TCL E18US or 58'' Kogan LU8010?

Hi,

Finally moving out of my mother's basement and I am looking for a low price budget TV (below $1000).

55" TCL E18US costs $698

58" Kogan LU8010 costs $599
https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-58-smart-hdr-4k-led-tv-se…

It will be for my PS4 in the living room. I know I should not expect much from this price range, but how bad can it be?

Many thanks

    ebay second hand.

  • I would say the tcl is ok with me + 3 year manfacturer warranty. Went to JB hifi and have a look yourself. Personally dont like the kogan that much because you cant see it anywhere.
Dont know about the input lag though but I think will be the same for price range

  • Never seen the TCL in real life but the Kogan Smart TV has loads of features but pretty average to poor picture quality in my opinion. The image looks better on their dumb TVs and the smart interface on most cheap TVs and even many more expensive TVs is pretty terrible.
